Terms of Use Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of https://lumenden.com (the “Site”) and any digital products, prompts, skills, files, guides, or downloads we sell (the “Products”). By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Products.
1. What you are buying
The Products are digital, text-based materials — collections of AI prompts and “skills” (structured instructions) and accompanying guides — designed to be used with third-party AI tools. You are buying access to these materials, delivered as an instant download or link.
2. Licence — what you can and can’t do
On purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products. You may:
- Use the prompts and skills for your own personal and commercial projects and client work;
- Use, sell, and publish any images, text, or other output you generate with them.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sub-licence, share, or give away the Product files themselves;
- Publish the library (in whole or substantial part) as your own product or in any competing collection;
- Share your download link or account access with others.
3. Intellectual property
The Products, the Site, and all associated content are owned by Lumenden and protected by applicable IP laws. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
4. Third-party AI tools — important
The Products are used with third-party AI models and tools (for example, tools from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider. Product names are used only to describe compatibility. Those tools have their own terms, pricing, and availability, which are outside our control. Results vary depending on the tool, model version, and the input you provide; we do not guarantee any specific output or result.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Products or Site for any unlawful purpose, to generate illegal, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content, or in violation of the terms of any AI tool you use them with.
6. Disclaimers
The Products and Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that they will meet your requirements or produce any particular commercial result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumenden will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke your licence if you breach these Terms (for example, by redistributing the files).
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Privacy Policy Privacy
This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. It applies to the Site and checkout.
1. Data we collect
- Contact details — your name and email address (to deliver your purchase and send support/updates).
- Payment data — processed by our payment provider / merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy). We do not receive or store your full card details; the provider handles payment securely.
- Order data — what you bought, when, and receipt/transaction identifiers.
- Usage & device data — pages visited, approximate location, browser/device, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy).
- Advertising data — if you arrive via an ad, advertising pixels (e.g., Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel) may record that visit/conversion.
2. How we use it
- To process your order and deliver the Product;
- To provide support, send your receipt, product updates, and (if you opt in) marketing emails;
- To measure and improve our Site and advertising;
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, including: our payment provider / merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy), our email/CRM and hosting providers (including GoHighLevel), and analytics/advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We keep order and contact data for as long as needed to provide the Product, support, and meet tax/legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email.
6. Security & transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Data may be processed in countries other than yours; we rely on our providers’ safeguards for such transfers.
7. Children
The Site and Products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Billing Terms Billing
1. One-time purchase — not a subscription
Our Products are sold as a one-time payment. We do not enrol you in any recurring subscription or auto-renewing charge. You are charged once for what you select at checkout (including any optional add-on/order-bump you tick).
2. Price, currency & taxes
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and may change over time; the price you see at purchase is the price you pay. Applicable sales tax / VAT / GST is calculated and shown at checkout where required.
3. Who processes your payment
Payments are securely processed by our payment provider / merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes. Their charge may appear on your statement under their descriptor (e.g., “LEMONSQUEEZY.COM”).
4. Delivery
Products are digital and delivered instantly after successful payment, via an on-screen download link and/or email. If you don’t receive access within a few minutes, check spam and then contact [email protected].
5. Payment problems & chargebacks
If something’s wrong with your order, please contact us first — we’ll fix it or refund you under the Refund Policy, which is faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of your licence.
Refund Policy Refunds
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, within 7 days of purchase, with your order/receipt number. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Digital goods & your statutory rights
Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, some jurisdictions’ standard “cooling-off” rights may not apply once download has begun. Our voluntary 7-day guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have by law, including, for EU/UK consumers, the right of withdrawal for digital content (which may be waived once delivery begins with your consent). Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Exclusions
- Requests made after the 7-day window;
- Evidence of file redistribution or licence abuse;
- Dissatisfaction solely with third-party AI tools’ output (results depend on the tool and your input — see Terms §4).
